📝 Terms & Conditions – Direct Bookings
Payment Processing
All direct bookings made through our website are processed securely by credit card. A 4% credit card processing fee is applied to all transactions. This fee is non-refundable once a payment has been processed.
Cancellation Policy
14 or more days prior to arrival:
100% refundable, less the 4% credit card processing fee
1–13 days prior to arrival:
25% refundable, less the 4% credit card processing fee
7 days or less prior to arrival / Day of arrival / No-show:
Non-refundable
Rebooking Courtesy (One-Time Only)
As a courtesy, guests may request a one-time rebooking in lieu of a refund if the request is made more than 7 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
The full amount paid (less the 4% credit card processing fee) may be applied toward a future stay
Rebooking must be completed within 12 months of the original arrival date
Rebooked reservations are final and may not be canceled, refunded, or rebooked again
Rebooking credits are non-transferable
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time for funds to post.
Travel Interruptions & Force Majeure
Refunds or credits due to events beyond our control (including weather, travel delays, airline disruptions, road closures, or personal emergencies) are not guaranteed and are handled at the sole discretion of management.
Agreement
By completing a booking through our website, guests acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
