Great stay , very cozy and comfortable. Easy to travel in and out of . Great accommodations

Peaceful and nice view

Even though upkeep may not be 100% I still loved this place. It was comfortable and I especially enjoyed the patio with nice outdoor furniture. Also loved that the condo was only steps from the pool and tennis court. Borrego springs is great!

Derek place was fantastic, my wife and kids enjoyed it very close to Ocotillo Wells were we love to drive our quads also Anza park and all the beautiful trails. Derek is very responsive we recommend 100% this place

This place was great and looked even better in person. It was relaxing and was very close to all the hiking trails I wanted to go on. The place had an ice machine and a nice large streaming tv which was a nice plus. The place was clean and had flexible check in which was also very important to me since I wasn’t sure of my arrival time.

We had a great stay at Dereks place. A real value for the money.

Derek was very responsive and a friendly host. The place is in a very peaceful location with friendly neighbors. I would only recommend to double check the carpets when cleaning. There was a lot of hair that seemed to be from a long haired dog that was getting stuck in our socks and leggings + some things under the bed and couch such as popcorn bites. Otherwise the place offered everything we needed for this weekend trip.

Very friendly host, nice place, clean, good location

Whenever I reached out to Derek, he was available to help. I liked that this location was a few miles away from the Borrego Springs town center (Christmas Circle), which is often very busy and noisy at this time of the year. It was very quiet and peaceful at Derek's place!
