This room has a double bed, large enough to accommodate two adults of average size and build.
There is a hanging clothes rail for guests to use for their clothes and items.
There is also a table which can be used as a study desk for work tasks, or as a storage area for guests.
The main bathroom for this room is directly in front of the room which makes extra convenience for most guests and is shared amongst two other rooms on this floor, there is also access to another bathroom on the ground floor if needed.
We have FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI at the property which is FREE for all staying guests.
We also have FREE PARKING on site for all guests with a maximum space of four vehicles of medium size no larger than an SUV. (please beware that parking is on a first come first served basis, if this is required please enquire before your booking thank you).
There is a beautiful large kitchen that holds all amenities including complimentary Tea/ Coffee, milk in the host fridge, and the use of a guest fridge if required.
You can also expect a beautiful large garden at the rear which is accessible by all guests.

Bathroom: As listed, you will have shared access to the bathroom, maximally with one other room. We kindly request all guests to limit their bathroom use to 20 minutes, especially when other rooms are occupied, as a courtesy to others.
Parking: If you'll be arriving by car, please inform us in advance if you require a parking space so we can make the necessary arrangements.

We loved the cosy, spacious house and the excellent kitchenette where we prepared our own breakfast. Having allocated cupboard and fridge space was very helpful. The location in Watford was perfect for us, making it easy to visit my parents. A really comfortable and convenient stay.

Really good stay here. Very helpful owner and very clean and well looked after property. Great location for the metropolitan line and for amenities in Watford itself. Would stay again, and have!

Lokalita byla od centra vzdálená, ale s trochou plánování to bylo únosné. Vzhledem k nízké ceně to je naprosto pochopitelné. Pokoje byly malé, ale dostačující. Ubytování mělo dobře zařízenou kuchyni a velkou a příjemnou zahradu i s venkovním posezením.

La proximité avec le Studio Tour Harry Potter était plus qu'appréciée, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir un logement abordable, en-dehors de Londres, à la sortie de notre visite tardive du studio :)

Very convenient location for bus and train. 10 minutes walk to high street.
