This room has a double bed, large enough to accommodate two adults of average size and build.

There is a wardrobe and two bedside furniture for guests to use for their clothes and items.

There is also a table which can be used as a study desk for work tasks, or as a storage area for guests.

The main bathroom for this room is directly down the hallway which makes extra convenience for most guests and is shared amongst three other rooms on this floor, there is also access to another bathroom on the first floor if needed.

We have FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI at the property which is FREE for all staying guests.

We also have PARKING on site for all guests with a maximum space of four vehicles of medium size no larger than an SUV. (please beware that parking is on a first come first served basis, if this is required please enquire before your booking thank you).

There is a beautiful large kitchen that holds all amenities including complimentary Tea/ Coffee, milk in the host fridge, and the use of a guest fridge if required.

You can also expect a beautiful large garden at the rear which is accessible by all guests.

Ground Floor: Two rooms with shared access to a bathroom. Common areas are designed for shared experiences, yet the layout respects individual privacy. Whether you're here for work, rest, or play, our home provides a perfect backdrop for your Watford stay.

Kitchen & Garden: Shared access to our expansive kitchen and serene garden. Feel free to prepare meals or unwind outdoors.

Bathroom: As listed, you will have shared access to the bathroom, maximally with one other room. We kindly request all guests to limit their bathroom use to 20 minutes, especially when other rooms are occupied, as a courtesy to others.

Parking: If you'll be arriving by car, please inform us in advance if you require a parking space so we can make the necessary arrangements.
