Derek’s Townhouse was perfect for my stay in Borrego Springs. It is a perfect location to get to the town, and Anzo Borrego State Park. The home is warm and cozy.

Anza Borrego State Park is amazing, and Vista Estrella is a great place to stay to see the area. Excellent kitchen for cooking dinner, etc.

As usual, Derek's unit is a gem and does not disappoint. I have stayed here before and there is a reason that I keep coming back: it's comfy, cozy, peaceful, in the desert sunshine, with plenty of household amenities, and...the host is always communicative and accommodating. Borrego Springs is a great place to escape the crowds and slow down; it's also excellent in the winter more sun is required. At night, it's a Dark Skies community so star gazing is hip. The condo unit has a comfortable back patio (and also front patio) for sipping coffee and decompressing. TVs in living room and bedroom, plus comfy bed and bathroom amenities provided. Also appreciate that, whenever possible, flexible check-in/check-out is frequently offered. Highly recommend.

Derek's place was perfect for a four-day stay in Borrego Springs! The unit was clean and just as described. The well-stocked kitchen has a lot of cookware and we very happy to have a stove, microwave, and full-sized refrigerator. It wasn't warm enough to use the pool while we were there, but the pool area looked really nice. It was also great to have places to sit outside the unit as well. Derek was an exceptional host and provided really clear directions to the unit and check-in instructions. He responded to messages quickly and was very kind. Five stars. Would definitely stay at Derek's unit again!
