Vista Estrella Cozy Desert Retreat

The place was good and Derik was wonderful. The thing that is important to remember is that the area can have WIFI blackouts. Its the desert.

Derek’s Townhouse was perfect for my stay in Borrego Springs. It is a perfect location to get to the town, and Anzo Borrego State Park. The home is warm and cozy.

Anza Borrego State Park is amazing, and Vista Estrella is a great place to stay to see the area. Excellent kitchen for cooking dinner, etc.

As usual, Derek's unit is a gem and does not disappoint. I have stayed here before and there is a reason that I keep coming back: it's comfy, cozy, peaceful, in the desert sunshine, with plenty of household amenities, and...the host is always communicative and accommodating. Borrego Springs is a great place to escape the crowds and slow down; it's also excellent in the winter more sun is required. At night, it's a Dark Skies community so star gazing is hip. The condo unit has a comfortable back patio (and also front patio) for sipping coffee and decompressing. TVs in living room and bedroom, plus comfy bed and bathroom amenities provided. Also appreciate that, whenever possible, flexible check-in/check-out is frequently offered. Highly recommend.
