Booking and Payment:
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer or Online Booking.
- Full payment is required at check-in for the entire stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 1 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for 1 nights.
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Identification:
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for check-in.
Occupancy and Age Restrictions:
- The maximum occupancy per room.
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
House Rules:
- Quiet hours are observed between 11:00pm and 7:00am.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
Security Deposit:
- A security deposit may be required upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out, subject to any damage assessments.
Liability:
- The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
Behavior and Discretion:
