Booking and Payment:

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer or Online Booking.
• Full payment is required at check-in for the entire stay.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 1 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for 1 nights.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Identification:

• Valid government-issued photo identification is required for check-in.

Occupancy and Age Restrictions:

• The maximum occupancy per room.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

House Rules:

• Quiet hours are observed between 11:00pm and 7:00am.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Pets are not allowed.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit may be required upon check-in and will be refunded at check-out, subject to any damage assessments.

Liability:

• The hostel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Behavior and Discretion:
