Sutarties esmė ir taisyklės:
Nuo atliktos rezervacijos ar raktų pasiėmimo tarp nuomotojo ir nuomininko isigalioja sekanti sutartis: 

Atvykimo laikas: nuo 14:00 iki 24:00 valandos 

Išvykimo laikas: iki 12:00 valandos 

Rezervavimas, pratesimas:
Kambarių rezervacija, pratesimas vykdoma per svetaine https://nuomaklaipeda.com 

Rezervavimo atšaukimo tvarka ir baudos:
Jeigu atšaukiamas arba keičiamas užsakymas, svečias privalo mokėti visą užsakymo sumą.
Jeigu svečias neatvyksta užsakymo nurodytą dieną, mokama visa užsakymo suma.
Jeigu svečias neapmoka užsakymo, administratorius turi teisę panaikinti rezervaciją.
Jeigu svečiams atšaukiamas koncertas, renginys ar nenumatytas atvejas, administratorius turi teisę negražinti užsakymo sumos.
Už paliktus daiktus nuomotojas neatsako.
Vakarėliams ir nepilnamečiams nenuomojame – rezervacija panaikinama, pinigai negražinami, taikomos baudos 

Teisės ir baudos:
Įvykus avarijai, gedimui ar turto sugadinimui nuomininkas nedelsiant privalo stengtis likviduoti atsiradusią problemą ir nedelsiant pranešti savininkui.
Iškvietus kaimynams ar savininkui policija – besalygiskai taikoma 100 Eur bauda.
Palikus didelę netvarką ar jei buvo rengiamas vakarelis, girtaujama – besaligiškai taikoma papildoma 50 Eur bauda.
Jeigu prirukyta apartamentuose – besaligiškai taikoma papildoma 50 Eur dydžio bauda.
Jeigu nepalikti raktai - besaligiškai taikoma papildoma 50 Eur dydžio bauda (keičiama spyna).
Jeigu reikia kambari vedinti - pilnai apmokamos apgyvendinimo prastovos ir pilnai apmokamas sveciu apgyvendinimas kitame bute.
Jeigu sulaužomas klozeto dangtis – besalygiškai taikoma 50 Eur dydžio bauda.
Jeigu sugadinami rankšluosčiai ar patalyne – besalygiškai taikoma 50 Eur dydžio bauda.
Apipylus kaimynus ar sugadinus laminatą – besalygiskai taikoma minimali 200 Eur bauda, esant didesniems nuostoliams – pilna atstatymo darbų kaina.
Apgadinus nuomojamo buto turtą, sienas, baldus ar patalynę – besaligiškai taikoma atstatymo darbų ir sugadintų prekių kaina.
Nuomotojas pagal CK turi teisę pasilikti svečio daiktus, tol kol bus sutvarkytas butas ir pilnai atsiskaityta už padarytą žalą.
Subnuoma be savininko sutikimo yra negalima.
Nuomotojas turi teisę nuskaičiuoti pinigus už padarytą žala nuo sumokėto avanso arba užsakymo metu įvestos kreditinės kortelės.
Raktų pametimas, nepalikimas ,ar plikimas nevietoje ,kaip nurodyta instrucijoje bauda 20 EUR. 
Pažeidus nors vieną iš punktų nuomotojas turi teise vienašališkai nutraukti nuomos sutartį ir tą pačią dieną iškraustyti nuomininką iš nuomojamo buto.

Už paliktus daiktus apartamentuose neatsakome, rastus (paliktus) svečių daiktus saugosime max 1 sav. po išvykimo

Vaikai ir papildomos lovos:
Visi vaikai iki 3 metų gyvena nemokamai, kai naudojamos esančios lovos.Papildomų lovų pastatyti negalime, nebent iškelti i didesnius apartamentus 

Gyvūnai:
NuomaKlaipeda.com priima ir naminius gyvūnus. Tai turi būti suderinta iš anksto. Taikomi papildomi mokesčiai. 

Gedimas:
Įvykus gedimui ar avarijai savininkas pasilieka teisę patekti į nuomuojamas patalpas be įspėjimo.

The essence and rules of the contract:
The following agreement between the lessor and the lessee comes into force after the reservation has
been made or the keys have been picked up:

Arrival time: from 2.00 pm to 12.00 am
Departure time: before 12.00 pm

Reservation and extension:
Room reservations and extensions are made via the website https://nuomaklaipeda.com

Reservation cancellation procedure and penalties:
If the order is canceled or changed, the guest must pay the total amount of the order.
If the guest does not arrive on the day specified in the order, the total amount of the order has to be paid.
If the guest does not pay for the order, the administrator has the right to cancel the reservation.
If a concert or event is canceled or an unforeseen event happens for the guests, the administrator has the
right not to refund the amount of the order.
The lessor is not responsible for the items left behind.
We do not rent for parties or to minors. In such a case, the reservation will be canceled, money will not be
refunded, and fines will apply.

Rights and penalties:
In the event of an accident, breakdown, or property damage, the lessee must try to eliminate the problem
and notify the owner immediately.
If the neighbors or the owner call the police, a 100 EUR fine is unconditionally applied.
If a large mess is left behind or if a party was held, drinking was carried out – an additional fine of 50 EUR is
unconditionally applied.
If it has been smoked in an apartment, an additional fine of 50 EUR is unconditionally applied.
If keys are not left in safebox, additional fine of 20 EUR is unconditionally applied (change of lock is needed).
If it is necessary to vent a room – accommodation downtime and accommodation of guests in another
apartment have to be fully paid.
If the toilet lid is broken, a fine of 50 EUR is unconditionally applied.
If the towels or beddings are damaged, a fine of 50 EUR is unconditionally applied.
If neighbors are down-poured with water or the laminate is damaged, a minimum fine of 200 EUR is
unconditionally applied. In case of larger losses, the full cost of restoration works will be imposed.
In case of damage to the property of the rented apartment, walls, furniture, or bed linen, the cost of
restoration works and damaged goods will be unconditionally applied.
According to the CC (the Civil Code), the lessor has the right to keep the guest's belongings until the
apartment is cleaned and the damage is fully paid for.
The lessor has the right to deduct the money for the damage from the advance payment or the credit card
entered during the order.
In case of losing keys, failing to leave them, or leaving them in the wrong place as specified in the
instructions, a fine of 20 EUR is applied.

Children and extra beds:
All children under the age of 3 stay for free when using existing beds. We cannot place additional beds,
unless we can move you to larger apartments.

Pets:
NuomaKlaipeda.com accepts pets. This must be agreed upon in advance. Additional charges apply.

Breakdown or accident:
In the event of a breakdown or accident, the owner reserves the right to enter the rented premises without
warning.
