Hiliki House in the village

Very nice accomodation with a huge kitchen. Only 5 minutes to go to the very beautiful beach. Also the host was very friendly, giving information about check in and helping us out exploring local life.

Alex was a great host - no matter what is needed he will assist with a solution! The place is nice and the beach with restaurant and great breakfast is just a 2mn walk away. We had a great time and will be back soon…

Een huisje voor ons alleen met heel mooie afwerkingen. Op een 5 min stappen van het prachtige strand waar we gebruik konden maken van de ligbedden van het Meliks hotel. Dat was een echt pluspunt. Alex was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hij hielp enkele activiteiten organiseren voor een heel schappelijke prijs. De keuken mistte voor ons wel enkele potten en pannen, maar het eten in de omgeving en het hotel vonden we zo lekker en betaalbaar dat we toch veel zijn gaan eten. Goeie prijs kwaliteit!

La estancia en la casa fue buena. Todo estuvo muy bien, el lugar cumple con lo esperado. Alex fue un anfitrión muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarnos en lo que necesitamos. En general, todo genial, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Tegenover de eigenaar heb je een zeer ruim appartement. De meesleuren voorzieningen waren aanwezig en anders was er makkelijk met Erwin over de communiceren en werd het geregeld. Je zit midden in het dorp tussen de locals. Strand is binnen een minuut te bereiken en dit geldt ook voor de locale winkeltjes. Je bent zo op de hoofdweg en via taxi ben je overal zo. Op Zanzibar is er veel (geplande) stroomuitval. De accommodatie heeft geen generator en hierdoor zit je soms zonder stroom en hierdoor automatisch zonder airco, ventilator, WiFi en water. Personeel was vriendelijk en met Erwin verliep de communicatie prettig en snel. Ik heb mij er goed gevoeld.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Erwin war immer erreicbar. Hat für uns alles organisiert. Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir würden immer wieder bei Erwin buchen. Ein toller Gastgeber sehr zu empfehlen. 😀

Bon prix mais attention le logement n'est pas devant la mer comme indiqué sur l'annonce. On a eu quelques petit soucis mais c'était pas grand chose. Attention pas de climatisation il fait terriblement chaud dans le logement.

I stayed for 3 nights. Calm and safe place. Alex was very helpful and available to assist me. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a great stay at Jambiani and enjoyed a week there. For the price we paid it was more than fair. The airbnb is not located directly at the beach (more like in a court with two other Airbnb) but you can walk three minutes and hang out at Meliks hotel which belongs together and is located right at the beach. We loved the spacious living room but were missing some essentials in the kitchen. the communication with the host was amazing tho, he took care of everything we asked for.
