Beautifully presented, our newly renovated Lancaster Townhouse is set out over 3 levels, each floor with its own ultra-modern shower room.
The shared kitchen/living space is located on the ground floor with all modern integrated appliances- including washer, dryer, oven, microwave/ grill and tall fridge freezers.
All cooking facilities are provided for guests to use- pans, cutlery and crockery, kettle, toaster and even a coffee machine for all those Nespresso lovers out there!
The breakfast bar provides ample seating for up to 6 guests, in addition to the 2 large sofas, making it the perfect space to cook and dine, or relax in front of the 55 " wall mounted smart TV.
Most importantly of all though- superfast wifi throughout!

Nice odour and nicely decorated home welcomes you. Minimalist design with soft colours provides a beautiful atmosphere. Everywhere was clean in general. Newly furbished bathroom/wc. Very clean wc although it is shared. It was nice to have a kettle, instant coffee and tea in the bedroom. Shared kitchen items were sufficient. Very clean fridge and freezers which had enough space for all the guests. I felt safe because every room was locked with separate keys. You get the key from a box which is opened by a password special for you. Value for money.

Nice place with good bathrooms, comfy beds and good facilities for cooking in house. Good stay overall!

The stay itself was comfortable, although there was an issue with a different booking that we had done in the same place which was cancelled after confirmation about 1-2 weeks before our stay. That left us in a bit of a situation. The place has a few eateries nearby if you want to grab something. It is located on the main road connecting Lanc university to the city center.
