Beautifully presented, our newly renovated Lancaster Townhouse is set out over 3 levels, each floor with its own ultra-modern shower room.
The shared kitchen/living space is located on the ground floor with all modern integrated appliances- including washer, dryer, oven, microwave/ grill and tall fridge freezers.
All cooking facilities are provided for guests to use- pans, cutlery and crockery, kettle, toaster and even a coffee machine for all those Nespresso lovers out there!
The breakfast bar provides ample seating for up to 6 guests, in addition to the 2 large sofas, making it the perfect space to cook and dine, or relax in front of the 55 " wall mounted smart TV.
Most importantly of all though- superfast wifi throughout!

Lovely ambience in our bedroom with attention to detail, cushions, candles, real plants, a range of toiletries to share in the bathroom and lots of hanging space too. Comfy big bed with feather pillows & doona. Great shower!

Very close to local amenities. A short bus ride from the town centre for larger stores including Primark, Sainsbury's, Pubs and Restraints and the town centre. Takeaway and local shops and petrol station more or less on the doorstep. Again, only a short bus ride away from Morecambe beach. For £4 for 2 adult singles to the beach, it's definitely ideal for location. Room was clean, and the memory foam mattress was amazing for a good sleep. Room was cosy and enough room to move around comfortably. Will definitely be booking again, for hopefully longer next time too!

Property as described, clean and tidy and good value. The property fronts onto the A6 road into the city and can be noisy. A room away from the front of the house would be preferable. Bed comfortable, shower seemed complicated (one of those with jets coming out at all angles) and unclear how the hot/cold function worked, though this was not a massive issue. Lovely little craft beer pub just along the road. A couple of takeaways in the immediate vicinity. Very handy for the city centre, which has lots of pubs and eating places. Booked at short notice, great price and seamless entry/ departure. Communication with host, good (there was a change of allocated room necessary prior to my arrival, but not an issue).
