Great value ! Double bedroom in shared 3 bed house near Lancaster city center, with free on street parking. Ideal for those who need a place to put their head down on short stays and contract workers. All bedrooms are fully furnished with plenty of clothes storage, snuggly bed and all amenities needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible- bedding towels, handwash and toilet roll. Full use of kitchen and living room facilities, including appliances, cooking utensils, smart TV and wifi!

A nice room, really comfortable bed! A decent walk from the centre of town. Parking could be an issue if you have a big car, it was fine for my smaller 4-door. Quiet neighbourhood, a nice house with a good kitchen. There are lots of take-out places and restaurants in Lancaster, or in Morecambe if you want to venture a bit further. If the weather is clear take a walk along the Promenade at Morecambe around sunset. The views across the bay to the Lake District are amazing. Also from the Ashton memorial in Williamson's park.

Lancaster university is huge and I didn’t do my research beforehand to know exactly which part of campus this residence is located in. It’s not central campus at all—but a quick search on my part would have made that clear. The place is very clean, quiet, and close to some restaurants and shops. Fran is an excellent host. One thing that would have helped me is having signs that describe how to use the locks and lockboxes…as in which direction to pull the various levers and knobs to get into the building and the room when I’m so cold that I can’t think straight. I totally enjoyed my stay here. Thank you, Fran!
