Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type . if not specified are according to the Israel Consumer Protection Law.

As per the local authority's requirements, we will be charging 17% VAT on top of the rate shone online to Israeli citizens.

Foreigners are not subject to VAT charges, but further documentation is needed. 

Israeli government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' IDs, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before or upon arrival.
