We very much enjoyed our stay at Blue Palm Bacalar. The pool and the courtyard are just fantastic. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice. The central location is great. We appreciated the fact that the use of the hotels' bicycles was included.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms super comfortable and very clean! The breakfast was delicious!! And the owner of the hotel was super nice he came to talk with us and gave us advice lot of recommendations for our trip!

Tout. L'hôtel est magnifique. Le personnel adorable. Néanmoins pas d'accès facile à la lagune même si celle si est à 2 rues. Il faut nécessairement passer par des beach clubs.

Prachtig hotel! Van de kamer tot het zwembad tot het ontbijt was alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Bovendien liep de eigenaar dagelijks rond in het hotel en was hij bekommerd om zijn gasten. Geen enkele vraag was hen te veel.
