Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr entspannt und der schöne Pool lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das Personal im Restaurant ist absolut top: sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch an der Rezeption wird einem immer gerne weitergeholfen – das Buchen von Aktivitäten war unkompliziert und angenehm. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Lage und die Möglichkeit, gratis ein Fahrrad auszuleihen – super Service!

Beautiful oasis in the middle of sleepy town. Staff was friendly and accommodating love the free bicycles. Great massages. Short walk to the lagoon.

“Exceptional” was the adjective which caught our eye when we were choosing our hotel for a 6-night stay in Bacalar. The past reviews were quite accurate. We truly rested and enjoyed this petit establishment run by the charming owner Juan J. and his efficient and kind staff. The incredibly long, clean pool was a real treat. The restaurant offered a delicious and very complete breakfast which was included in the price. We had also lunch and dinner several times with superb Mexican wines . We surely would use the word Exceptional again to describe its quality. Moreover, Juan J. and his partner gave us valuable advice about what to do in the town, its beautiful Laguna and the surrounding sites.

This city center hotel was gorgeous! When you enter this hotel you are overcome with a sense of peace and tranquility. The grounds are so beautifully landscaped and the pool is so inviting. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. This hotel is very conveniently located. It's a short walk to the main square, restaurants, The Fort and to the lagoon. Wonderful full breakfast is included. Bike are available for guest use (although we didn't use because we were able to walk everywhere). Rooms were clean, air conditioned and had ample storage. Each rooms faces the pool and has a little patio out front with a hammock. Would love to come back with a group of friends.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit schönem Zimmer, großartigem Pool und perfekt gepflegten Garten. Zwischen den Blumen und Schmetterlingen zu schwimmen war eines der schönsten Urlaubsmomente. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen. Auch mit dem Frühstück waren wir zufrieden und wir haben uns über die freundliche Behandlung und die guten Tipps gefreut. Unbedingt Los Rapidos besuchen! Es gibt 4 Parkplätze und weitere Abstellmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Zur Lagune und in das kleine Stadtzentrum kommt man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang. Wir können das Blue Palm Bacalar sehr empfehlen.
