Superior Double En-Suite Room

The guest house was in a good location with easy access into the building. The host was very obliging and helpful! The room was clean and cozy. The shower was great and had good pressure. Check in and out was easy

Room was great, spacious, nice bed, big tv, very clean. 15 minutes walk and you are in the heart of York Cheap car parking 2 minutes walk

We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a 4 poster bed. It was lovely and very clean.

The room was beautiful, warm and clean. A 10 minute walk to the centre of York.

The security is good. Room spacious clean. Bathroom clean, the bedroom was exceptional in decor and furniture

A very cheerful room and a comfortable bed, with excellent facilities, en suite and very clean. Our host and hostess were helpful and very friendly. The guest house is within walking distance of the city, with easy access to bus routes.
