Location was perfect

The room was beautiful, warm and clean. A 10 minute walk to the centre of York.

The security is good. Room spacious clean. Bathroom clean, the bedroom was exceptional in decor and furniture

A very cheerful room and a comfortable bed, with excellent facilities, en suite and very clean. Our host and hostess were helpful and very friendly. The guest house is within walking distance of the city, with easy access to bus routes.

It was a lovely location, bed very comfy, very spacious room, 15 nice walk into centre!

Comfortable room. Hosts were also very kind. Good location, 30min walk from train station and 20 minute walk to the city centre. There was also a grocery store in 5 minutes walking distance.

Perfect location for a short stroll into the city .Also parking facilities were close to the hotel.
