A lovely property with the kindest staff. We’d recently got engaged and they did a lovely decoration for our room. They were so helpful and even gave us a packed lunch for when we had to check out early to catch a bus. The pool area is really relaxing and it’s great walking distance to the restaurants and bars of Bacalar.

The location was exceptional, very close to central Bacalar. The facilities were beautiful, the room was clean, and the whole vibe of the hotel was peaceful. The breakfast was great too!

L’hôtel est absolument magnifique. Seulement 8 chambres é font un lieu calme et intimiste. La végétation est luxuriante et la piscine est superbe pour se baigner ou simplement se reposer. L’hôtel dispose d’un restaurant et de vélos gracieusement mis à disposition pour visiter bacalar. Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Enfin un endroit où les photos sont le reflet de la réalité, c est calme joli , la jeune femme a l accueil est très agréable,le resto et petit déjeuner d un bon niveau,de plus de vélos sont à disposition

Nous avons été bien accueillis et conseillés durant notre séjour. La chambre est confortable, la petite terrasse est privative et la piscine est sympa (avec, pour une fois, assez de transats). Excellent petit déjeuner. Emplacement central.
