House Rules and Policies
Check-In/Check-Out & Reservations
- Check-In: 2:00 PM | Check-Out: 12:00 Noon
- Early Check-In:
- Before 8:00 AM: Full Day Charge
- 8:00 AM - 12:00 Noon: 25% of Daily Rate
- Late Check-Out:
- 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: 25% of Daily Rate
- After 4:00 PM: Full Day Charge
- Cancellations/No-Shows:
- No cancellations within 72 hours of arrival.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or first-day rate.
- Approved refunds incur a Php1,000 fee, processed within 2-4 weeks.
- Late Arrivals: Please inform us if you will arrive after 7:00 PM to avoid cancellation as a no-show.
Payments & Deposits
- Total Price: The reservation price excludes additional charges (e.g., laundry, café).
- Payment Options: Only cash, and GCash transactions are accepted.
- Incidental Deposit: Upon check in, guests are required to provide an incidental deposit of Php1,000. This deposit can be made via cash or GCash. The incidental deposit will be used to cover any charges incurred during the guest’s stay, such as room service, gift shop purchases, or damages to the room. Any unused portion of the deposit will be refunded to the guest after room inspection upon check-out.
- Senior Citizen Discount: One senior discount per room, applicable to an occupant. Promo rates do not qualify.
Room & Property Rules
- Room Capacity: Please adhere to the room’s guest limit. Uninformed or unregistered guests will be fined Php5,000 per head. Overcrowding may lead to eviction without refund.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and within the property grounds. Violators will be charged Php5000. There are designated smoking areas for your convenience. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for all guests.
- Linens and Towels: To minimize water and energy usage, linens shall be changed after 3 days of use. We kindly ask that you place used towels on the floor if you wish to have them changed. Towels left hanging will be considered for reuse during your stay. This small effort goes a long way in conserving our resources and reducing our environmental impact. Damage and stains will be imposed a fine for cleaning or repair.
- Food & Drink: Food and drinks are NOT permitted in the guest rooms. We kindly ask that you enjoy your meals in designated kitchen and dining areas provided for your convenience. Help us maintain cleanliness, prevent stains or spills, and preserve the comfort of all guests.
- Key Replacement: Lost key cost Php1,500 each.
- Room Damages: Damages to room items will incur a repair or replacement fee.
- Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00PM to 08:00AM. Playing loud music, shouting, and engaging in disruptive behavior that could disturb other guests’ peace and quiet is strictly prohibited in common areas (hallways, kitchen, dining, and roof deck).
- Energy Conservation: Kindly help conserve electricity and water.
Guest Conduct & Safety
- Valuables: Guests may request the Front Desk to safe keep their valuables in the safe. Management is not responsible for any items lost not within our safekeeping. In the event of items left behind, call the Front Desk immediately that we may find a suitable solution right away.
- Lead Guest ID: The booking’s lead guest must present a valid ID at check-in.
- Traveling with Minors: Proof of relationship may be required when traveling with minors. The resort is not liable for any incidents involving unattended minors.
- Firearms and Weapons: Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators will incur a Php10,000 penalty and may be evicted without refund.
Amenities
- Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast for two is served from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Additional meals can be purchased in the restaurant. Special requests can be made at the front office.
- Swimming Pool: Open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Friday - Sunday).
- Rooftop Access: Limited to 10 minutes for viewing and photography. Please exercise caution.
Pets
- Pet Policy: For the safety of all other guests and staff, we are unable to accommodate pets at this time. While we love animals (Fun Fact: Casa Nala is named after a beloved pet cat), we want to ensure that all guests feel safe and comfortable during their stay.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Data Safety: Please avoid sharing personal or payment information outside official channels. Report any suspicious contacts to the resort.
