BeachWalk Boutique Hotel at Perla Marina - Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation

• No credit card or deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
• If a reservation is not canceled and the guest does not show up, the guest will be added to a blacklist, and an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay will be applied to future bookings.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Late check-out is available upon request but may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
• If a reservation is not canceled and the guest does not show up, the guest will be added to a blacklist, and an additional charge of one night’s stay will be applied to future bookings.

4. Room Rates and Additional Charges

• The rates are per room, per night, and include taxes (18% ITBIS and 10% service charge).

5. Payment Policy

• The full amount is due at check-in. We accept cash and credit card payments.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• All guests are required to comply with hotel policies and respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.
• For jacuzzi use, please request information from the staff. Improper use, such as leaving the inlet valve open causing overflow that could flood the lower levels of the building, will result in charges for the damage.

7. Privacy Policy

• The hotel ensures the confidential handling of all personal data in compliance with local regulations.
• Guest information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Liability

• BeachWalk Boutique Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring on hotel premises unless directly caused by staff negligence.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Safety deposit boxes are available upon request.
