Hotel Sahajtam Inn – Guest Guidelines ## Check-in & Check-out * Check-in: 12:00 PM * Check-out: 10:00 AM * Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. After 1:00 PM, a full-day room charge may apply. ## Room Access * Please keep your room locked when leaving. * Room keys/key cards must be returned at check-out. * A replacement fee of ₹500 may be charged for lost key cards. ## Guest Registration * All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. * Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room. ## Quiet Hours * Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. * We kindly request guests to avoid excessive noise that may disturb others. ## Non-Smoking Policy * Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or indoor public areas. * Cleaning and restoration charges may apply for violations. ## Wi-Fi * Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. * Login details are available at reception. ## Housekeeping * Fresh towels are provided daily. * Bed linen is changed every third day or upon request for extended stays. ## Safety & Security * Weapons, explosives, flammable materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. * Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. ## Parking * Parking is available for guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. ## Airport Transfers * Airport transfer assistance may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and applicable charges. ## Property Care * Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. * Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of serious misconduct or policy violations. ## Assistance & Feedback * If you experience any issue during your stay, please inform reception immediately so we can assist you promptly.
