Carolina was an absolute pleasure to communicate with—friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. The flat itself was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious, with everything we could possibly need, including thoughtful extras like an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic, with supermarkets, fast food options, and convenient transport links to the city centre close by. We’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to this area in Liverpool 😊
