The OWNER represents that to the best of his knowledge and belief that said vehicle is safe and free of any known faults or defects which would affect its safe operation under normal use.

The RENTER hereby agrees that he shall fully be responsible for any and all loss of or damage to the vehicle during the terms of this AGREEMENT. Whether caused by collision , vandalism , theft or any other cause.
Except in which shall be determined to be caused by a fault or defect of the vehicle.
Rules :
HELMETS: The use of the helmets during riding is MANDATORY . Renter is fully liable for any risks , fines and consequences associated with not wearing one.
Vehicle
Usage Limitation Clause-The Renter agrees to use the rented vehicle exclusively within Puerto Escondido. Use beyond a 30-minute radius, including destinations like Mazunte or Zipolite, is strictly prohibited
RENTAL RATE :
The renter hereby agrees to pay a rate of $ _________ per __________ for the use of the said vehicle. All fuel used shall be paid by the RENTER.
RETURN OF VEHICLE
The RENTER hereby agrees to return said VEHICLE to the OWNER on this DAY : _________________. No later than _____________ filled with the same amount of gas .
There will be a $50 pesos charge for each 30 mins of delay from the above mentioned time to return the vehicle.
There will be a $150 refueling charge if the bike is NOT returned with the same amount of gas that it was rented with.
If a key is lost , there will be a $500 fee to replace it . There is a $600 lost helmet charge.
The rented ATV / Scooter must be returned to the same location as the pick- up , unless agreed upon otherwise. In case the vehicle is returned with damage , it will need to be covered by the client.

**If the client does not guarantee the reservation with prepayment then Sunset Motors can not hold your selection of vehicle and it will be subject to availability at time of check in. If for some reason the client needs to change the date of rental we will try to accommodate the date change but only if there is availability.
