RESERVATION POLICY
Full payment or a 50 % of the total reservation is required within 24hrs to 48 hrs. after the booking has been made:
→Once a Deposit/Payment has been made, a copy of the receipt needs to be sent to us in order to confirm the reservation.
→If no further contact or payment is made within the hrs. mentioned above, the booking will be canceled after the expiration of the time frame
If a booking has been made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, an Arrangement for check-in after 5:30 PM is necessary to Avoid a late check-in fee. Refer to below:
[Payments can be made directly to our bank account or via a credit card authorization form (Sent by the Hotel upon requesting a reservation ). Once payment has been made through our bank account, a copy of the deposit slip needs to be sent via email. Reservations will be fully confirmed once the deposit has been verified and/or credit card via authorization form has been charged]
SECURITY DEPOSIT
→→A credit card information will be requested which will be held for insurance
→→ For any broken or missing items additionally for short term “monthly rate” electricity bill after check out
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation, the following is our cancelation policy
A. Full refund for cancellations made within 24hrs of booking
B. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in date receive a 50% refund
C. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date 30% refund
D. Strictly no refund for non-arrival or cancellation made within 7 days of check
