Terms and Conditions for Aurora Annex Guest House Welcome to Aurora Annex! We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant experience, we request you to adhere to the following terms and conditions: All bookings at Aurora Annex are subject to availability and confirmation. At the time of check-in, guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID. Payment for the entire duration of your stay must be made in full at the time of check-in unless there is a prior agreement. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer. Check-in time at the guest house begins at 12:00 PM, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges. Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of others during their stay. Loud noise or disturbances are not permitted, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, and smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in a cleaning fee. The use of illegal substances and participation in unlawful activities are forbidden on the premises. Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents by themselves or their visitors. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, so guests are advised to take care of their valuables. Any issues with facilities or services should be reported to the management immediately to address them promptly. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in are eligible for a full refund. However, cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will not receive a refund. Housekeeping staff clean the rooms daily between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Towels and bed linens are changed every third day of the stay unless guests request otherwise. Any maintenance issues should be reported to the management without delay for resolution. Guests are expected to use all facilities responsibly. Misuse of facilities or violation of rules may lead to eviction without any refund. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained from the management. Aurora Annex is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or governmental actions. The management reserves the right to deny accommodation or evict guests who fail to comply with these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jorhat, Assam. By choosing to stay at Aurora Annex, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
