Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en servicegericht. Wij huurden een scooter bij het hotel, nu bleek dat hiervoor niet de juiste vergunningen waren. We moesten het per direct terugbrengen. Dit was enkele uren later. Erg jammer, maar het werd goedgemaakt doordat wij niets hoefden te betalen voor de scooter en we krijgen een gratis behandeling in de spa naast het hotel! Dat was fantastisch!
