Sharing accommodation, all meals and boat snacks, filtered water, teas & coffee, laundry, fishing with guide and boat, 10 litres of fuel per person per day*, use of terminal fishing tackle.
Drinks (bar prices available for tab or budget purposes), broken terminal fishing tackle, traces, flies and lures, fuel used above quota, bait (subject to availability), gratuities and items or services of a personal nature.
Matoya fuel policy allocates 10 litres per person per day for your booking. The fuel used for your fishing, transfers from Lukulu harbour and lodge staff trips to collect bait (if required and subject to availability) would be recorded and counted as part of your allocation. Fuel used above the allocation will be charged for and no refunds are offered for fuel allocation not used.
It is a condition of travel to Matoya Lodge that all visitors have taken out adequate travel insurance policies and sign the Matoya indemnity contract. COVID-19 protocols and rules apply at all times. Matoya can not be held liable for any changes in this regard.
All bank charges are for the clients account and any bank charges deducted from Matoya will be added to the clients bar account at the lodge.
Bookings are only confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit has been paid. ProForma invoices are valid for 7 days from date of issue.
Balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Any booking cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be liable for the full value of the booking.
