Beautifully presented, our city centre Townhouse captures our historical town's heritage, with high ceilings and traditional architectural features. The shared kitchen/living space is located on the ground floor with all modern integrated appliances- including washer, dryer, oven, microwave/ grill and tall fridge freezer.
All cooking facilities are also provided for guests to use- pans, cutlery and crockery, kettle, toaster and even a coffee machine for all those Nespresso lovers out there!
The breakfast bar provides ample seating for up to 6 guests, in addition to the 2 large sofas, making it the perfect space to cook and dine.

Either much has changed since some of the previous negative reviews, or the previous guest didn't understand. I got a message immediately after booking, with a code for the main door, and a code for my bedroom door. I didn't speak to a single member of staff the entire time, and that was exactly what I was looking for. If you need a place to stay with minimal fuss, but ensure good levels of cleanliness and facilities, you literally couldn't ask for more.

The accommodation was clean & comfortable for our stay at a fair price and close to all amenities that our stopover was planned for, will book again in the future.

The decor of the room was nice, nice to have an on suite shower room, the lighting was cozy and the bed was comfortable enough.

The place was much better than I have expected. I read the reviews and they said the room was terrible and moldy, so I was indeed worried. But it was nothing like that. We enjoyed our 10 days here to the fullest!

It is a large house with 10 different rooms sharing living room and bathroom. We started in Room One, but it was too noisy as it is by the side of the road. Then we changed into Room 8 with a bathroom inside. The mattress is comfortable and the water in shower is warm and sufficient. But there was hairball on the table, and the floor seems not clean enough.

A convenient location in the centre of the city. A slight issue with check-in but was resolved quickly, communication was great and appreciated.

I've stayed with Fran before in a different room - this one was an en suite which was brilliant - will definitely be staying again - the bed was super comfy too

Good location almost directly opposite a carpark. We paid an extra £10 to get an ensuite room.
