Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Blue Palm Bacalar, l’hôtel est magnifique et bien entretenu, la piscine très agréable avec des espaces verts magnifiques et les chambres spacieuses, propres et confortables avec un balcon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Un hotel boutique maravilloso. Es tan bonito y está tan cuidado como parece en las fotos. Los dueños son super agradables y serviciales. Las camas son MUY cómodos y la habitación en general es perfecta. El restaurante tiene muy buena comida a muy buenos precios y el desayuno que viene incluído es fantástico.

Das Blue Palm Bacalar ist eine schöne ruhige Oase und es hat vor allem einen tollen Pool und schöne Außenanlagen. Frühstück war auch gut, nur dass es keinen Cappuccino gab, obwohl er auf der Karte stand. Tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Beach Clubs und sie kümmern sich auch um die Reservierung, wenn man das möchte. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wenn auch die Zimmer vom Design her nicht ganz vorn dabei sind. Und die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber nicht direkt am See… aber gut, das weiß man vorher. Und es hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis…

Breakfast, hammocks, swimming pool, small hotel and quiet. Rent a bicycle to go to town center. We loved it al the way! Would love to stay here longer.

It was a beautiful, small hotel with lovely facilities. The room was spacious and there were lots of areas to hang about in. The owner Juan was very kind and helpful. Great location too. It was also awesome to have bikes included in our stay!!
