Very nice staff and a beautiful place. Super nice rooms and the courtyard with the pool is really beautiful. Good breakfast and great location. The owner gave us tips on how to continue our trip, which was really helpful.

Everything was great from the very beginning – first impression was perfect! The hotel was beautiful and cozy, I couldn’t stop taking pictures. It’s a very peaceful and comfortable place to relax. Juan, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great tips on what to do and where to go around Bacalar. Also, a big thank you to Jared, the waiter – super friendly and attentive. Another big plus: the bikes were included for free, which made exploring the area even easier. The village of Bacalar itself is a charming, typical Mexican town. We felt very, very good there and would definitely come back!

The hotel is in perfect location, room and bed are very comfortable. The reception is just lovely and super helpful. Breakfast is very good too. I recommend to try the on-site restaurant for dinner, food is delicious. Thanks to the chef!

Die Lage der Unterkunft war top. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Hängematten die jeder vor dem Zimmer hatte waren unser absolutes Highlight. Man konnte Fahrräder kostenlos nutzen und auch so war das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich. Die Frühstücksauswahl war die beste welche wir in Mexiko hatten. Die Deutschen sind einfach andererseits gewohnt aber das war wirklich top.

Incroyable, pas d’autres mots. La décoration est parfaite, c’est proche du centre ville et calme à la fois. La chambre est super bien équipée, la piscine est magnifique pour se détendre après une journée de balade, le petit dej est parfait. Je recommande !!

It is an incredibly awesome place. Spotlessly clean, a unique setting, a wonderful breakfast and other food. Especially the pool area and the hammocks make it a very tranquil place in the center of Bacalar.

Buena ubicación (aunque no esté a pie de laguna, está muy cerca). Las camas eran muy cómodas y la habitación estaba bien equipada y la mantenían limpia. El desayuno es muy bueno y muy completo.

gutes Frühstück, ruhige, aber doch gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums von Bacalar, schönes Zimmer mit Privatbalkon (unten ist man z.T. direkt am Pool, oben war es für uns perfekt)
