Prachtige kamer, heerlijk bed en een zalig zwembad. Personeel ontzettend aardig en de eigenaar kwam iedere dag even bij kletsen en tips geven.

Heel fijn hotel, fantastisch! Rustig, maar toch dicht bij het centrum. Alles goed geregeld. Hangmat bij het balkon/terras, heerlijk bed (met genoeg kussens haha), grote tv (geen gebruik van gemaakt) en grote kledingkast. Ook ruime badkamer met warme douche. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt zat erbij (thee/koffie, fruit juice, yoghurt, granola, toast met jam/boter en dan nog een gerecht naar keuze (lokale gerechten, ei of bijvoorbeeld french toast). Nog belangrijker en het meest fijnste van ons verblijf was het personeel, fantastisch! Wij hadden vlak voor aankomst een ongeluk gehad met de auto (aanrijding van achter) en het personeel heeft echt met alles geholpen, bellen, vertalen, geruststellen etc. etc. Extra lof naar secretaresse Lluvia die er altijd voor ons was en alles regelde en de owner die altijd als hij ons zag even vroeg hoe het met ons ging en gaf ons leuke/goede tips. Zo betrokken, voelde ons echt thuis. Fijne tips met goede restaurants/bars/activiteiten krijg je met inchecken mee op een a4, super fijn! We kwamen toch wel ‘sad’ aan, maar gaan met een lach weer weg.

Our stay at Blue Palm was Amazing! Dalia and the other staff were knowledgeable and helpful in so many ways even contacting cabs to come to our Bacalar location and returning us to the hotel. The place felt safe and was a beautiful setting and location. Juan, was a great guy and delightful host and you can tell he really cares for his property and that the guest enjoy their time there. The Breakfast's are a wonderful variety of foods. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed meeting Juan and the staff. We plan on returning in the future. Jeff and Lauren ❤️❤️

Prachtige plek waar je ook heerlijk een dagje kunt genieten van het mooie zwembad, relaxte sfeer en lekkere eten van het restaurant wat ook op je eigen terras kan worden gegeten.

Amazing location, near to lagoon and the centre of the city! :) Spacious and clean rooms, beautiful pool area and well kept garden. Breakfast very tasty and has a lot of variety, they have very good restaurant for dinner, a bit for every taste! :) Thank you for birthday surprise! 😍

super hôtel, très bien placé, très propre, beau, super piscine, super magnifique jardin , emplacement très propre, les propriétaires ont donné beaucoup de bons conseils et de leur temps, les filles sont gentillesse et toujours prêtes à idée.special thanks to lljulia for attention and smile,massage super top. chambre bien équipée, magnifique piscine, ménage quotidien, très bon petits déjeuners, le serveur est gentil, très bon rapport qualité prix, plein centre avec le calme.
