Le cadre de l’hôtel est très joli, les chambres sont propres et bien décorées. Le personnel était très gentil et agréable, nous avons apprécié les conseils sur les différents lieux à visiter et restos à Bacalar. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L’emplacement est idéal.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Blue Palm Hotel! Der Pool war herrlich zum Entspannen und die Zimmer waren sehr schön und komfortabel. Ein großes Plus waren die Fahrräder, mit denen wir die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden konnten.

le personnel très agréable et son patron très accueillant, la literie, la proximité au centre (8min à pied) tout en étant au calme, le petit déjeuner très bon et très copieux, piscine très appréciable!
