Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Blue Palm Hotel! Der Pool war herrlich zum Entspannen und die Zimmer waren sehr schön und komfortabel. Ein großes Plus waren die Fahrräder, mit denen wir die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden konnten.

le personnel très agréable et son patron très accueillant, la literie, la proximité au centre (8min à pied) tout en étant au calme, le petit déjeuner très bon et très copieux, piscine très appréciable!

Een werkelijk prachtig klein hotel. Goed geleid (alles wordt in de gaten gehouden) met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Volop ruimte rond het zwembad. Heerlijke ligbedden. Royale en zeer schone kamers. Prima ontbijt en op loopafstand van het wat drukkere deel van Bacalar.

- super nettes, liebes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es wurde einem bei allem geholfen, auch beim Taxi bestellen, wenn man von einem Ausflug zurück wollte. - sehr saubere Anlage und saubere Zimmer - schöne Anlage - tolle, gepflegte Fahrräder zum ausleihen

Loved everything! The owners are incredible and have done a fantastic job of developing a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely-quintessential Mexico and very well done. The breakfast was fantastic and service was excellent. Great location and the value is there all the way.
