5人で2泊しました。 場所は、岬の先にあり、ダウンタウンからはちょっと遠いです。でも静かで海もそばにあって、居心地がよかったです。 チェックイン時間より早く到着し、荷物だけ預けて出掛けようと思っていましたが、チェックインをしている間に、部屋を用意してくれて、そのまま部屋に入ることができました。 英語を話せるスタッフの方が何人かいて、コミュニケーションもきちんとできるし、とても親切でした。 初日にラグーナに行こうと思っていましたが、休みだったようで、ホストの方が電話していつオープンしているか聞いてくれました。 お部屋はとても清潔で使いやすかったですが、シャワーを浴びる時は裸になる前にお湯が出るか確認した方がいいです。 時間帯によってはまだボイラーが動いていないのか、お湯が全然出てこなくて、スタッフの方に頼んでやっとお湯が出てくるといった感じでした。 またロフトのベットの寝心地が、すごい悪かったです。スプリングの音からして、安いベッドなのかなぁと感じました。 でも宿泊料金は高くないので、しょうがないかなと思っています。 レストランの価格は、シエンフエゴスの中では高いかもしれませんが、適正だと思います。朝ごはんは8ドルでした。お肉も魚料理も美味しかったです。ただちょっと味は薄めです。 ホテルの目の前にいる自転車タクシーのお兄ちゃんがいます。頼めばすぐ街の真ん中まで連れてってくれますが、かなり高めにお値段をふっかけてくるので、気をつけてください。

Great stay, the big room with King and 3 beds on an upper level was great for our family of 5. Very helpful service. The food at the restaurant was delicious though on the more expensive side relative to most of Cuba.

Is at the end of the road and it feels cozy and private. The staff was very attentive. Cienfuegos is super chill. We went to the plaza at night and enjoyed the peace there as well as the beach view both in front and in the back of the space. Make sure to have currency as the charge in euros or dollars. Restaurants are not many and of you eat there it might be a bit tourist price. But the staff is great and the role I was in was FANTASTIC for all 5 of us.
