CANCELLATIONS Guests may cancel their reservation up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the property via email or phone.. Prepaid reservations cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the check in date will be fully refunded (less $25.00 administration fee). Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's room rate plus tax. No-shows will also be charged for one night's room rate plus tax. For stays during peak periods or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply and will be specified at the time of booking. Guests are advised to review their reservation confirmation for the full cancellation policy and any applicable terms and conditions.
