By making a reservation and accessing Hotel Mozart y Macondo, guests agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Minimum Age Requirement
Hotel Mozart y Macondo is an adults-oriented property. All guests must be at least 14 years of age. Children under 14 years old are not permitted.
2. Pet Policy
Pets are accepted only in Bungalow Macondo and must meet the following conditions:
Only small and medium-sized pets are permitted.
Pets must be well-behaved and under the owner's control at all times.
A pet fee of $200 MXN per night applies.
Pets are not permitted to roam freely throughout the garden or common areas.
Pet owners are fully responsible for providing food, water, and cleaning up all pet waste.
Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the guest.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)
Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Reservation Guarantee and Payment
Reservations are only guaranteed upon receipt of full payment.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy
All reservations are non-refundable.
Guests may request a modification of reservation dates, subject to availability. Hotel Mozart y Macondo cannot guarantee that alternative dates will be available.
6. Internet Service
Complimentary internet access is provided as a convenience to guests. However, Hotel Mozart y Macondo cannot guarantee internet availability, speed, or uninterrupted service.
The internet service is basic and may occasionally experience interruptions. Guests requiring a reliable connection for remote work or business purposes are encouraged to use a local coworking facility. Our staff will be happy to recommend nearby options.
7. Respect and Inclusion
Hotel Mozart y Macondo is a welcoming, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ friendly property. All guests are expected to treat fellow guests and staff with courtesy and respect.
8. Quiet Hours
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed daily from:
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
During these hours, guests are asked to minimize noise in rooms, terraces, gardens, and common areas.
9. Towels and Pareos
Bath towels provided in guest rooms are for use on hotel premises only and may not be removed from the property.
Each room is provided with a beach sheet (pareo) for use during beach outings and excursions outside the hotel.
Lost or damaged towels and pareos may result in replacement charges.
10. Smoking Policy
Hotel Mozart y Macondo is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms, terraces, gardens, and all common areas. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for violations of this policy.
11. Parking
Street parking may be available near the hotel.
Hotel Mozart y Macondo does not provide secured parking and assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, loss, or incidents involving vehicles or their contents.
12. Registered Guests Only
For the comfort, privacy, and security of all guests, only individuals registered on the reservation are permitted to access and use the hotel facilities, guest rooms, gardens, and common areas.
Visitors and additional guests are not permitted on the property without prior authorization from hotel management.
Hotel Mozart y Macondo reserves the right to deny access to unregistered visitors and may terminate a stay without refund if occupancy limits or guest registration policies are violated.
13. Liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Hotel Mozart y Macondo shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, accidents, injuries, delays, interruptions of services, or events beyond its reasonable control.
14. Website Access and Use
