CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS HOUSE RULES AND BOOKING POLICIES.

AFTER BOOKING FROM THIS FORM YOU WILL RECIEVE AN EMAIL WITH PAYMENT INSTUCTIONS.

PAYMENT/DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 8 HOURS OF FILLING OUT THIS FORM OTHERIWISE YOUR RESERVAQTION MAY BE MARKED AS CANCELLED

*50%FULL PAYMENT  REQUIRED TO RESRVE YOUR ACCOMODATION

*50% of the total amount as down payment/deposit can be allowed for bookings with guests/groups that have privilege cards issued by Local Office Senior Citizen Affairs or DSWD for Seniors and PWDs.

A. CANCELATIONS:

Cancellations may be allowed, if the same is due to FORTUITOUS EVENTS, force majeure or ACT of GOD AS Defined by law.

1. If a cancellation is made 10 days prior to the date of the reservation, a full refund for the payment will be issued, subject to applicable payment processor's fees, taxes and bank charges.

2. Cancellations made 10 days to 5 days before the date of check-in, the reservation is no longer refundable. The reservation however can be rebooked within the period of one year from the date the original booking was intended to. 

3. Rescheduled/rebooked bookings are also no longer refundable.

4. Cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in, and on the day cancellations, will forfeit any payment made.

5. No Refunds for early check-outs and no shows.

B. RESCHEDULE

1. Changes in reservation date are allowed at least 5 days before your reservation. In emergency cases, please inform us right away, so we can reschedule your reservation. Otherwise, THE DEPOSITED PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED.

C. COVERSIONS

1.  On Payments made in full for more than one night: If you have booked for more than one night, and use only the first night or cancel the succeeding night/s, payments made for the unused nights are non-refundable. However, you may convert the equivalent amount to food, or activities within Thrill Playgrounds & Tipi Cafe Only

D. PEAK SEASON EXCEPTIONS

1. During Peak Season: Deposits or payments made for reservations made for HOLY WEEK and Peak dates (April 1 to May 30, 2024  AND Dec 1, 2024 to Jan 5, 2025) are NON REFUNDABLE and NON-CONVERTIBLE to food or Activities. But may be RESCHEDULED

E. SECURITY DEPOSIT

1. Security deposit of PHP 500  is collected for Casita Accommodation only and is NOT included in price, Security deposit will be collected on site and in person. It will be returned upon checking of the room and facilities if there are no damages, stains, missing items, the deposit will be returned in full. If damages, stains or missing facilities are discovered, deposit will be forfeited and guests may be required to increase security deposit if damages, stains or missing items exceed the value of PHP 500 to replace, repair or clean.

F.  SMOKING & VAPING

1. No smoking, vaping within anywhere within Casita Accommodation 

G. FOOD & DRINK

1. No food or drinks allowed inside Accomodation Bedrooms or Bathrooms. Food may only be stored or consumed on/in Accommodation Balcony/Terrace Fridge if Applicable.

H. CORKAGE

1. Corkage of outside food and drink applies only for TENT reservations. PHP 80 per kilo of food (rice, chips, water exempt) charged onsite and in person. 

I. MOVABLE ACCOMODATIONS

1. Movable accommodations such as TENTS may only be pitched within designated camping areas, they may not be moved without prior request to and approval from staff onsite. The position of tents is flexible based on Guest preference.
2. Movable tents may not under any circumstances be taken outside of specified camping area or Thrill Playgrounds Entertainment Inc., Property (violation constitutes theft)

  J. LATE CHECK IN & SELF CHECK IN

1. Applicable for all arrivals 9pm onwards you will have to Self-Check In. There will likely not be any staff at the front desk from 9pm onwards.
2. You MUST inform us if you plan to arrive past 9PM for check in.
3. You will be provided with instructions and directions to find your specific accommodation and reservation name will be attached at the front door of your booked accommodation.
4. All guests MUST observe silence when arriving at late hours so as to not disturb other guests at the venue. 
5. Movable Accommodations such as Tents will have been set up ahead of time for you and you may no longer opt to change its position. (refer to section J. part 2)

K. QUIET TIME

1. QUIET TIME 9PM - 7AM, BETWEEN THESE HOURS ALL GUESTS MUST OBSERVE INDOOR VOICES OUT OF RESPECT TO OTHER GUESTS
