Reservation, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund

• Reservation: Must be completed and paid for in full via the online system.
• Cancellation:
  • 7+ days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee.
  • 3-7 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee.
  • Within 3 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee; no refund.
• Cancellation Process: Email drumahbonda@gmail.com or WhatsApp 019–862 3060.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3:00 PM on Public Holidays).
• Check-Out: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
• Late Check-Out Fees:
  • After 12:00 PM: RM50.
  • After 2:00 PM: RM10/hour.
  • After 5:00 PM: Full room rate.

Security Deposit

• Amount: RM50 per unit (cash or online).
• Refund Conditions:
  • No damages or missing items.
  • No furniture rearrangement.
  • No unwashed dishes or cups.

Accommodation Rules

• No Smoking: RM200 fine if violated.
• No Alcohol: Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
• No Bikinis: Not permitted on resort grounds.
• No Pets: Pets are prohibited.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for the security of personal items and property care.
• Additional Bed: RM20 per person.
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• Parking: Available; management is not responsible for theft or damage.
• Water Safety: Follow safety guidelines; management not liable for accidents.
• Prohibited Items: Firearms, fireworks, and explosives.
• Wild Animals: Report dangerous animals; management not responsible for medical expenses.
• Property Damage: Penalty fees apply for damage or loss of resort property.
