great location, easy check-in and check-out, staff was very open and kind regarding planning our trip, organizing whalewatching and things to do on the island (hot springs, hikes, restaurants, etc) which was very helpful!!
Si vuelvo a Ponta Delgada, volveré a alojarme aquí. Es un hostel pequeño pero coqueto, con todo lo necesario, limpio y bien ubicado, la litera muy cómoda, el precio incluia el desayuno. El gerente es muy majo y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con lo que necesites, excursiones, alquilar un coche, etc. Qué más se puede pedir!

Beautiful clean hostel, the staff is just wonderful, Philip is a guide in the island as well so he has many good tips for exploring the island. Was perfect for me as a solo traveller to also meet new people. One of the best hostels I've been to!
