Newly renovated and super trendy 2 bedroom terrace is kitted out with our guests comfort in mind, with one kingsize double bedroom and one twin bedroom, it's an ideal space for a family getaway.
The spacious bedrooms are fully furnished with all the essentials-clothes storage and dedicated work desk area, as well as added luxuries - 10 inch memory pocket sprung mattresses, 13 tog duvets and full length mirrors.
An additional sofa bed in the stylish lounge provides potential additional sleeping space as well as a perfect place to relax and dine in front of the large smart TV.
The modern painted kitchen contains all large appliances - fridge/ freezer, washer, dryer, oven, hob, microwave and hoover, as well as microwave, toaster and even a Nepresso machine for all you coffee lovers!
We provide everything you need to rustle up some holiday suppers, from pots and pans, cutlery crockery and even oil, salt and pepper.
All bedding and towels included, as well as hand soap and toilet roll.

The house was easy to find, and was reasonable value. The sheets were clean, as were the bedrooms, but the kitchen was pretty tired, with unclean cutlery and crockery, and the cupboards and drawers looked dirty. I think it had been cleaned superficially, but the kitchen really did need a deep clean. There was a lack of utensils, and maintenance needed generally. However we did have a peaceful stay with comfortable beds.
Had a good stay here, the area appears to be pretty decent, there's a chip shop is actually directly opposite the house too. We stayed here to watch the footy and have a night out in Lancaster (I'd say on this note there isn't loads of clubs or bars compared to a bigger city, but I'm sure that's obvious to some but still a few places to go) I would say there is a slight damp smell to the property but nothing too major. It's equiped well enough for what you need for a night out or anything as such. Overall if you split the bill with some friends its a bargain vs a hotel.
