*You may cancel your reservation for no charge 1 day (24 hours) before arrival (local hotel time). Please note that we will assess a fee if you must cancel after this deadline. This fee equals 1 night's room charge (for the first night of your reservation).

*In accordance with Belgian law and regional tourism decrees, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in. The Hotel is legally mandated to register guest details—including full name, nationality, and ID number—in the official guest register for public safety and tax purposes. For Belgian residents, the Hotel may electronically read the eID card to fulfil this registration requirement. Failure to provide valid identification will result in a refusal of entry without a refund.

*All personal data is processed strictly in compliance with GDPR and is stored securely for the legally required period of seven (7) years for police and fiscal authorities. This data is used solely for legal compliance and billing purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Guests maintain the right to access their data and request information regarding its storage and protection at any time.

*Smoking and the use of candles or open flames are strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including the guest rooms, to ensure the safety of all guests and comply with the fire regulations. Any violation of this policy will result in an immediate cleaning and safety penalty of 200 EUR, which will be charged to the guest's account or credit card provided at check-in. The hotel also reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest failing to adhere to these fire safety rules without a refund.
