Rate
The posted rate is the base rate and there will be a 10% discount for the non-refundale rate (the payment should be done immediately after the confirmation of the booking). The rate for Villa "A" is based on 2 persons and the rate for villa "Mar" is based on 4 persons. Children below 12 years are free, above 12 years will be charged as adults. Extra persons will be 500PHP per night.

Damages/Losses
You will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in your room or any internal/external areas of Villa Bor a Mar. This liability extends to both registered guests and your visitors.

Smoking
All rooms are Non-Smoking. Guests violating this will be fined PHP5,000 for each occurrence. Smoking is permitted in designated areas (e.g. outside your room, your balcony/terrace and the pool deck).

Quiet
Villa Bor a Mar is located in a quiet luxery area of Puerto Galera. We expect that our guests also book our property because it is located in a quiet area and therefor request our guests to be quiet between 22:00 and 06:00.
