1. General Reservation Policy
Guests must present a valid form of identification upon check-in.
A prepayment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation, payable online through the link payment.
The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guest Cancellations: If a booking is canceled by the guest less than 14 days before the check-in date, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Administration Cancellations: If the hotel cancels the booking, the prepayment will be fully refunded to the guest within 24 hours of cancellation.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed from 7 to 14 days from date of cancellation, excluding any transaction fees.
3. Data Storage and Privacy Policy
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), We Are Surfers Hotel collects, stores, and processes guest data solely for reservation and service improvement purposes.
Guest data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by Sri Lankan law.

4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
