1. General Reservation PolicyGuests must present a valid form of identification upon check-in. A prepayment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation, payable online through the hotel’s website: https://wearesurfers.net. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. 2. Cancellation and Refund PolicyGuest Cancellations: If a booking is canceled by the guest less than 14 days before the check-in date, the prepayment is non-refundable. Administration Cancellations: If the hotel cancels the booking, the prepayment will be fully refunded to the guest within 24 hours of cancellation. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed from 7 to 14 days from date of cancellation, excluding any transaction fees. 3. Check-In and Check-OutCheck-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-in and early check-out are available upon request and must be arranged individually with the hotel administration. 4. Room Rates and PaymentAccommodation and services are charged according to the rates set by We Are Surfers Hotel and are subject to change. All rates are subject to government regulations in Sri Lanka. 5. Video SurveillanceFor guest safety, video surveillance is conducted in the hotel's common areas. 6. Guest ObligationsGuests are expected to: Adhere to hotel accommodation rules and respect other guests. Maintain cleanliness in their rooms. Observe fire safety regulations at all times. Respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Compensate for any loss or damage to hotel property.
| 7. Prohibited ConductGuests are strictly prohibited from: Leaving non-registered individuals in their rooms or providing them with room keys. Engaging in activities that disturb other guests. 8. Housekeeping ServicesRooms are cleaned every three days. Additional cleaning can be requested at the guest’s convenience. 9. Liability for UtilitiesThe hotel administration is not responsible for interruptions in utilities (e.g., electricity, water, heating) due to citywide or emergency issues. 10. Complaint ResolutionThe hotel administration will address and resolve any guest complaints to the best of its ability. 11. Damage and PenaltiesA fine, as determined by the hotel administration, will be imposed for any damage caused to hotel property by a guest or their visitors. 12. Data Storage and Privacy PolicyIn accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), We Are Surfers Hotel collects, stores, and processes guest data solely for reservation and service improvement purposes. Guest data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined or as required by Sri Lankan law.
