NO PETS. I agree that I am not bringing a pet nor will I be visiting with one in my motel room.
NO SMOKING. I agree not to smoke in my room. I understand that I may smoke in the designated smoking areas available outside. A cigar lounge is on premises for CIGAR smoking only. By NH statute, no cigarettes are allowed in the cigar lounge.
DAMAGES. I understand that a minimum of $250 or ACTUAL damages will be charged to my card on file if the motel deems that damages have been incurred. Damages may include but not limited to excessively soiled linen, smoking, broken beds, wall/floor damage, tv damage, unusual toilet/sink/tub clogs and any other damages deemed as a misuse of the room or property.
CHECK IN/OUT: I understand that check in is a 4:00pm and there is no obligation by the motel for an early check in. Checkout is promptly at 11:00. If no late check out is pre-arranged and you do not leave on time you will be charged $50 for any part of the hour over your stay. After one hour, local law enforcement will be called to remove you from the room.
UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: I understand that I have paid a specific amount for a certain number of guests. I understand that if I have any additional unauthorized overnight guests: I may be asked to LEAVE the premises with NO REFUND.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: I certify that I am not booking this room for and will not be using this room for any illegal activity.
