Bookings are subject to a 48 hour cancelation policy. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior to your stay will result in loss of the room deposit (one nights stay). We understand that extenuating circumstances happen, so feel free to contact us here if you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note, all travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book and stay at the Cosy Cottage Inn. We require a valid credit card for all reservations and prices are based on double occupancy. We do not accept walk-ins, or permit tours of our charming rooms before booking. All guests must be checked-in, and visitors are not permitted without explicit permission from the B&B.
